Role: Animal Technician
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)
Description:
Animal Health Technologist: Performs the daily preparation and running of anesthesia for large animal surgical models.
Coordinates with vendors and supervisors on operational, administrative and technical responsibilities.
Perform some surgical procedures.
Responsible for overseeing procurement of animals and supplies, preventive maintenance of facility equipment.
Follow standard operating procedures, department operating procedures and Work Instructions to comply with regulatory requirements.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Other tasks as assigned.
Prefer Research medicine background Experience in Small animal practice
