Job Description:

Are you passionate about building reliable, scalable systems that power global healthcare solutions? If you're passionate about demonstrating AI and emerging technologies like Generative AI to transform IT applications, this role is for you.

As part of our Commercial Reliability Engineering team, you'll work on critical platforms that enable world-class healthcare products. You'll collaborate with talented engineers, architects, and product owners to optimize systems, automate operations, and improve application reliability across the entire lifecycle-from design to deployment and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply SRE principles to improve reliability, performance, and scalability of production systems.
  • Automate solutions across infrastructure, applications, deployment, and operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in IT product lifecycle-design, release, and operations.
  • Monitor and measure system health, availability, and performance to ensure uptime.
  • Conduct production readiness reviews, capacity planning, and design consulting.
  • Innovate through code, debugging, and automation to boost operational velocity.
  • Collaborate globally with technologists and business partners to deliver robust, reliable services.

Qualifications

Education:
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required preferably in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Experience and Skills:

Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Familiarity with data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Teradata.
  • Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles. Proficiency in automation, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • 4 years of relevant technical experience is required.
  • Problem-solving attitude, adaptability, collaboration, and customer focus.

Preferred
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with SLA/SLO management and incident response. Ability to influence architectural decisions and advocate for reliability standard processes.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $77,000- $124,200

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
