Job Title: Guidewire Business Analyst Billing Center
Location: Canada (Remote)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Business Analyst with strong expertise in Billing Center to join our team in Canada. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of Guidewire Billing Center solutions. This role requires deep domain knowledge in Property & Casualty insurance and hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Guidewire Billing Center implementations and enhancements. - Solution Design:
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and design documents aligned with Guidewire best practices. - Configuration & Customization:
Work with development teams to configure and customize Billing Center modules to meet business objectives. - Testing & Implementation Support:
Assist in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities to ensure solutions meet defined requirements. - Documentation & Communication:
Maintain clear documentation of workflows, configurations, and project status. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams. - Training & Support:
Provide end-user training and post-implementation support for Guidewire Billing Center functionalities. - Issue Resolution:
Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Guidewire Billing Center.
- Strong understanding of Guidewire InsuranceSuite (BillingCenter, PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter).
- Experience in Property & Casualty insurance domain.
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Guidewire certifications (ACE, Professional) in Billing Center.
- Experience with Advanced Product Designer (APD).
- Exposure to cloud technologies and integration platforms.
- Experience with Commercial and Personal Lines of Business.
