We are seeking a Digital Banking Solutions Consultant with a strong background in solution consulting or pre-sales within the digital banking or fintech space. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of banking platforms, core banking systems, APIs, and fintech integrations, particularly on the digital backend.
What You ll Be Doing:
As a key member of our solutions team, you will act as both a technical advisor and product expert, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to deliver customized digital banking solutions to our clients. You ll engage with financial institutions to understand their challenges, showcase our platform s capabilities, and guide them through the solution selection and adoption process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to financial institutions, identifying their business needs and recommending appropriate digital banking solutions.
- Represent our Digital Banking Platform during the sales process by delivering compelling demonstrations, technical workshops, and strategic presentations.
- Translate our platform roadmap into business value for clients and keep internal teams informed of product updates and innovations.
- Collaborate with Sales on pre-sales initiatives, including RFP/RFI responses, solution assessments, and proof-of-concept planning.
- Work with Product and Development teams to share market insights and customer feedback, influencing future product development.
- Support implementation efforts by aligning proposed solutions with client requirements and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across client organizations.
- Stay current on industry trends, digital banking innovations, and regulatory changes to provide thought leadership and strategic input.
- Maintain subject matter expertise in areas such as Business Banking, Payments, and back-office banking operations.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding the platform, products, and strategy via the company portal.
- Develop and maintain resource materials including presentations, demo videos, case studies, and sales enablement content.
- Actively advocate for customer feedback, communicating insights from the field to help shape product and strategy.
What You Bring:
- 3 7 years of experience in Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Business Analysis roles in digital banking or fintech.
- Deep understanding of digital banking platforms, core banking systems, APIs, and fintech ecosystems.
- Strong ability to translate technical solutions into business value for stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based banking technologies, mobile banking, digital payments, and related security practices is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of cash management operations such as ACH/wire transfers, reconciliation, and transaction processing.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering demos and proposals to both virtual and in-person audiences.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
