Job Title: Oracle ERP Lead Location - remote within USA Must have: Content Management System-Oracle Job Summary: R responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle ERP solutions across various modules such as Finance, Procurement, Projects, and Supply Chain. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of ERP projects aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations and upgrades (e.g., Oracle Fusion, EBS).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and configure Oracle ERP modules including Financials (AP, AR, GL), Procurement, Projects, and Supply Chain.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Oversee development of RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
- Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements for localizations.
- Provide leadership in testing, training, and change management activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.
- Recommend patches, upgrades, and enhancements to optimize system performance.
- Document processes, configurations, and user procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations and support.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle EBS modules.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, OTBI, and SQL/PLSQL.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP, PMP, CBAP) are preferred.
Preferred Experience: - Industry-specific ERP experience (e.g., manufacturing, utilities, healthcare).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Security and role-based access controls.
- Exposure to global rollouts and multi-country localizations.
