I have a new Product Owner opening with Team Health. These roles are 100% remote.

The manager is open to EAD work on TEKsystems W2. We can work with sub vendors on a referral fee (referral fee range expectations 5 7/hr.)

They will hire off an MS Teams video interview.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Owner with at least 7+ years of IT experience and Workday migration project experience.

TeamHealth is looking to add a technical Product Owner to their team to help with a large Workday integration project. The Product Owner will be responsible for working with the Scrum team to ensure the product backlog is full and requirements are fulfilled, in support of a large ongoing project. This person will be gathering requirements and translating them into technical requirements for the dev. team. They will be writing user stories in Azure DevOps. Some of their time will be spent conducting the research for the business requirements, they will spend time doing discovery for the requirements. This person will be attending Scrum meetings to represent the business and translate requirements into technical tasks. They will also be collaborating with Business Analysts, Solution Delivery teams, and other stakeholders to gather and document requirements. They will be maintaining the product backlog and prioritizing user stories. Some of their time will be spent collaborating with the Workday partner as well. This person will need to be able to come in an learn their business. They do not want someone who acts like they know their business and is unwilling to learn. The right person will be a self starter and proactive in learning the business and identifying gaps.

Day to Day:
- 75% of their time spent in meetings with the dev teams, and occasionally the business end users. 25% of their time will be spent writing user stories
- Daily Scrum meetings
- Collaborating across multiple teams

Desired Experience:

1. Product Owner
a. This person should have 4+ years of experience working as a Product Owner
2. User Stories
a. This person will be using Azure DevOps to write user stories and other documentation.
3. Requirements Gathering
a. This person will be meeting with the stakeholders, gathering requirements and translating those requirements into technical requirements that the development team can use.
4. Integration
a. This person should have some kind of experience working with integrations. They are in the middle of a large Workday migration and need someone who has done similar integrations to support them.

Work Environment:

This person will be working with the Scrum teams and developers. They will be working across two teams, one team has 5 engineers and 1 QA and the other has 2 engineers and 1 QA.
