Technology Advocate
Summary
This Technology Advocate will develop and execute internal IT communications while creating engaging content to promote technology adoption across the organization. This role involves collaborating with IT teams on communication strategies, facilitating micro-learning opportunities, and serving as a primary advocate to help associates utilize technology tools effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute communications related to technology impacts, updates, and outages in collaboration with IT teams.
- Create engaging learning content and micro-experiences to encourage technology use and improve processes.
- Design and implement communication strategies and deliverables for IT projects and initiatives.
- Facilitate technology training sessions and support associates on tool usage and best practices.
- Maintain consistent messaging across IT communications and manage content for knowledge libraries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with strong communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand language for non-technical users.
- Experience creating instructional content and videos and facilitating technology-related learning opportunities.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and various delivery methods.
