RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is working with a client in search of an IT Business Partner to join their team in Long Island City, Queens, NY.

Overview:

We are looking for two dynamic IT Business Partners to join our team in Long Island City, Queens on a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite).

In this role, you will be the go-to liaison between internal departments and IT-ensuring corporate applications are used effectively, resolving issues, and translating business requirements into actionable IT initiatives. What You'll Do:
* Be the First Line of Support: Act as the primary contact for user support and IT application questions, translating business needs into technical solutions
* Align Processes & Systems: Ensure local processes align with core IT models and identify opportunities for system enhancements
* Troubleshoot & Document: Provide functional support, escalate issues efficiently, and maintain clear documentation
* Drive Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with business owners and IT teams to enhance existing tools and workflows
* Support Strategic Projects: Assist with special initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in business analysis or end-user support, ideally within a corporate IT environment
* Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
* Ability to analyze and document business processes
* Technical troubleshooting skills and comfort supporting end users
* Working knowledge of Microsoft OS, Office 365, and basic database troubleshooting
* Collaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
* Ability to work hybrid in Long Island City, Queens

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
