Role: Virginia Tax & Application (Solution) Architect - 790122
Location: Richmond, VA TAX -The Senior Integrated Tax Solution Architect/PMgr ON SITE: This is a hybrid position, 3 days per week
Deadline to submit: 4 pm EST on Friday, Jan 9
ON SITE: This is an onsite/hybrid position, requiring minimally 3 days per week in office. Parking is NOT provided for contractors. NOTE: Initial interviews will be Virtual, but manager reserves the option to set up a follow up IN PERSON if they believe it is necessary. Pls make sure your candidate is aware and has no issues with coming on site for a follow up IV if requested. ABOUT THE ROLE Will provide analysis, support, maintenance, development and project management for legacy systems changes (IRMS) for the Department of Taxation s state revenue and tax processing systems. The individual will support legacy Integrated Revenue Management Systems (IRMS) and assist with the development and implementation of modernization initiatives, including the design and support of interfaces between legacy and modern tax systems. Work will be performed under the direction of Department of Taxation management to ensure the continuity, accuracy, stability, and performance of mission-critical tax applications throughout all phases of system modernization.
