Role: Scrum Master
Location: Southlake / Dallas, TX (Onsite 3 Days/Week)
Job Type: Full-Time (FTE)

Role Overview
- We are seeking a hands-on Scrum Master with strong Agile delivery experience, excellent Jira expertise (including JQL and automation), and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams on technical delivery. This role requires working directly with development teams, supporting end-to-end project execution, and managing cross-shore delivery in a cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies and full sprint lifecycle execution (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Create and optimize Jira Dashboards, JQL queries, Jira Automation rules, and Data Plane reports to support data-driven delivery.
- Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical dependencies (CI/CD, APIs, Cloud components, system architecture).
- Support release planning, coordination, and deployment activities, including collaboration on Google Cloud Platform-based projects.
- Prepare clear and actionable daily and weekly project status reports.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams within a global delivery model to remove blockers and maintain alignment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of IT experience with a strong background in Agile environments.
- 5+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master leading software engineering teams (not combined with PMO or Business Analyst roles).
- Proven hands-on expertise with Jira, JQL, Jira Automation, Confluence, and Data Plane reporting.
- 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end delivery from inception through deployment.
- 5+ years working with teams spread across onshore and offshore locations.
- Technical aptitude to understand system diagrams, CI/CD concepts, APIs, Cloud components (coding not required).
- Minimum 1 year working with projects involving Google Cloud Platform or cloud ecosystem exposure.
- Continuous learner with interest in tools, technology fundamentals, and Agile best practices.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must be willing to work onsite from Southlake, TX
