Description:
The IT Specialist will perform report development tasks as it relates to health information technology including development of reports, workflows, data transformation, programming solutions, writing and executing unit test plans, researching, resolving, and testing reporting defects, and close collaboration with the technical team.

Participate in Annual Enterprise Portfolio Assessment. Analyze, develop, and revise flow charts, process models and technical specifications describing as-is or to-be systems and business processes.
Perform Architecture Assurance reviews for priority initiatives in the portfolio.
Provide solution recommendation on emerging capabilities including Cloud-based solutions and AI/ML.
Review data pipelines, review data quality issues and provide recommendation to resolve reporting issues.
Mandatory Qualification:
Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.
Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
84 months experience in the area of: Public Health information Systems such as Medicaid or the Childs Health Insurance Program.
84 months experience using Oracle products including: SQL Developer, SQL plus and executing SQL scripts using DBeaver to query Vertica and Oracle Databases
84 months experience Working with Stakeholders and vendor in the entire project life cycle from requirement gathering to Implementation.
36 months experience designing, building, and testing cloud architecture using AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or Oracle Cloud.
48 months experience in IAM controls and design patterns based on and general industry standards.
60 months experience with handling transaction types such as EDI 837, EDI 834, FHIR etc., HIPAA standards, and various CMS Medicaid Reports such as TMSIS, CMS64 etc.
60 months experience in providing solution recommendation for enterprise applications and developing POCs for emerging technologies including AI/ML.
36 months experience in a large volume, billions of health care records Data Warehouse Environment processing billions of health care records, understanding of various ETL Databases like Source, Staging and Publishing and the related Row and Column Level security.
Masters/ Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
