Role:.Net Senior/lead Full Stack Dev
Location: Hybrid 3 days a week in Minneapolis or Wisconsin
Duration: 6+ month contract

Must Haves:
True senior level, likely looking for 10+ years of experience
.NET 8+, C# for backend development
REST API, microservices architecture
Strong data/SQL background complex queries, data processing, etc.
Experience in a cloud environment Azure preferred
CI/CD & Container experience Kubernetes preferred
Strong work ethic, accountability
Need someone who is comfortable working in a complex environment. When they see an issue, dont wait for someone to tell you to fix it

Responsibilities:
70-80% backend development REST API & backend services, implementing microservices architecture
20-30% UI development creating Single Page Applications
Heavy data work writing complex queries, cleansing and processing data, performance tuning on SQL Server
May have some training/mentorship tasks with onshore and offshore team members
