Description: Our client is currently seeking a Systems Administrator
Linux system Admin
Milpitas , CA
Long term contract
This individual will be accountable for Windows endpoints, Linux endpoints in various Engineering Groups.
Responsibilities on the above systems include Deploying security tools, System Administration, engineering and provisioning, operations and support, and research & development to ensure IP protection and continual innovation.
3-5 years' experience on Windows, Hypervisors, and endpoint devices support Windows - Windows XP/7/10, Windows server 2003/2008/2012/2016/2019 etc.
Linux - RedHat, CentOS, SuSE, Alma, Rocky, Ubuntu etc.
Experience in deploying Anti-Virus, DLP solution, Endpoint Detection and Response security tools.
Experience in installing new and rebuild existing servers/desktops and configure hardware, peripherals and services
