Role Overview
The Project Manager is a delivery lead responsible for end-to-end execution of small to mid-size digital projects or major workstreams within larger programs.

You'll lead cross-functional Teams meetings with 20-30+ participants, drive alignment across internal teams and partner agencies, and manage shifting priorities with clarity and control.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, stakeholder-dense environments and can maintain strong communication, accountability, and delivery hygiene across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Key Responsibilities End-to-End Delivery Leadership

• Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and scope structures
• Lead day-to-day execution across design, engineering, QA, and strategy teams
• Maintain strong project hygiene: Jira, Confluence, RAID, decisions, documentation

Cross-Agency, Multi-Partner Coordination

• Coordinate delivery across internal teams, clients, and multiple external dev partners
• Facilitate large Teams calls (20 30+ attendees) with confidence and structure
• Manage cross-team dependencies, handoffs, and integration points

Adaptive Execution & Risk Management

• Adjust plans in response to shifting priorities, constraints, and scope changes
• Proactively identify risks and shape clear mitigation paths
• Communicate impacts across all stakeholders with speed and clarity

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the main point of contact for project-level communication
• Deliver structured updates, escalate decisions with clear options, and manage expectations
• Build trust through calm, direct, and professional communication

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, rituals, and team alignment
• Mentor Coordinators and Associate PMs as part of growing internal delivery capability

Required Experience

Project Experience

• 5+ consecutive years of project management in fast-paced, client-facing settings
• End-to-end delivery ownership across multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration involving internal, external, and offshore partners
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and other modern PM tools

Core Capabilities

• Ability to drive structure through ambiguity and change
• Skilled at managing large Teams meetings (20 30 attendees) with poise and clarity
• Strong judgment in issue escalation and stakeholder alignment
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in digital agency, consulting, or multi-vendor delivery environments
• Agile certification (CSM or CSPO) strongly preferred
• PMP
