The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud, a proven track record in leading complex testing initiatives, and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure a seamless and high-quality deployment of recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Testing Strategy and Execution: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive functional and technical UAT strategies for Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and global HR processes.
- Test Planning and Coordination: Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ORC modules, including recruiting, candidate experience, onboarding, and integrations with other HR systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, business analysts, and global end-users to gather requirements, define test scenarios, and ensure testing meets multi-national compliance and operational needs.
- Technical Testing: Oversee technical testing, including integrations with third-party systems (e.g., background check vendors, job boards, and payroll systems), APIs, and data migration validation.
- Defect Management: Track, prioritize, and manage defects using tools like JIRA, working closely with development teams to resolve issues and ensure quality deliverables.
- Global Process Alignment: Ensure testing accounts for regional variations in recruiting processes, compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and multi-language support.
- Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and user guides for testers and end-users, and document testing outcomes to support audits and continuous improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Validate system performance, usability, and scalability to ensure ORC meets the needs of a high-volume, multi-national recruitment environment.
- Reporting and Metrics: Provide regular updates to leadership on testing progress, risks, and outcomes, using data-driven insights to drive decisions.
Required Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud certifications, ISTQB) preferred.
- Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years focused on Oracle Recruiting Cloud or similar HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
- Proven experience leading functional and technical UAT for large-scale, multi-national implementations in a Fortune 100 or similar environment.
- Hands-on experience with ORC modules, including recruiting, candidate sourcing, onboarding, and integrations.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, APIs, and integration frameworks.
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail) and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Oracle Application Testing Suite).
- Familiarity with SQL for data validation and reporting.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional, global teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address complex testing challenges.
