Job Title: Director Sales- Networking Wi-fi Job Location: Fremont, CA

Role:
As a Networking Wi-Fi Sales hunter, you will be at the forefront of driving sales strategies and revenue growth for our organization's networking and Wi-Fi solutions. This role demands a dynamic professional with a deep understanding of networking technologies, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to lead a high-performing team.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 7 plus years' experience in Sales or Business Development in area of Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, Client and Palo Alto Networks etc. product portfolios.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for networking and Wi-Fi solutions to achieve revenue targets.
- Drive the execution of sales plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands.
- Must have past experience of selling solutions related to switches, routers, networking, security devices with industry giants such as Cisco, Juniper, NetApp, Fortinet and checkpoint etc.
- Prior success, skills and experience in leading a high performing sales region that produces > $30M in annual product, services and solutions revenue.
- Experience developing and implementing a successful go-to market plan and multiyear (three year) business/sales plan
- Able and willing to develop client base via aggressive prospecting in new and existing customer base.
- Strong track record of establishing and cultivating business relationships with Key industry leaders and CxO level.
- Experience with working offshore services company operating in the high-tech domain and cultural adaptability to work across the globe with engineering & marketing teams.
- Good technical skills in service industry engineering and engage the potential customer is essential.
- Ability to Travel
Education Background: B.E./B.S./B.Tech Engineering. MBA (Desirable)
