Job Details

Business Continuity Testing and Exercising Role

Responsibilities:

*    Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and documentation of
Business Continuity tests and exercises across business units.
*    Assist in developing and maintaining exercise scenarios, schedules,
participant rosters, and post-exercise reports.
*    Collaborate with Process Owners, Coordinators, and Plan Owners to
ensure exercises align with recovery objectives and compliance standards.
*    Create and maintain end-user documentation, training materials,
presentations, and guides related to testing and exercising.
*    Analyze test results and build data visualizations to highlight
operational resilience and identify areas for improvement.
*    Track progress, escalate issues, and ensure timely completion of
testing cycles and related deliverables.

Requirements:

*    Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to
prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
*    Ability to make informed decisions based on test data, exercise
outcomes, and stakeholder feedback.
*    Experience with manual data validation and reporting, including
exporting, transforming, and verifying test results.
*    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Business Continuity tools
(e.g., Fusion Risk Management).
*    Adaptability to change and openness to diverse perspectives and
ideas.
*    Ability to work in agile environments and embrace new technologies
and methodologies.
*    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*    Ability to identify gaps or failures in testing outcomes and
recommend actionable solutions.
*    Understanding of Business Continuity concepts and their application
in testing and exercising scenarios.

Experience:

*    Experience with Business Continuity Planning and Testing tools
preferred.
*    At least two years of related experience in roles involving
planning, documentation, and operational resilience activities.
