Title: IT Digital Adoption Analyst

Location: Regional Description (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$83.30-$119.00/hrs

Description:
Enhance user experience and drive digital adoption throughout applications.
Collaborate with application owners to implement Guided Help solutions.
Provide contextual guidance and support directly within applications.
Work collaboratively with application owners to implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities;
Collaborate with application owners to understand their needs and goals for digital adoption.
Design and implement user guidance functionalities integrated into workflows.
Provide expert support in utilizing digital tools to improve user engagement.
Train and educate teams on best practices for utilizing digital tools.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital adoption initiatives.
Act as a liaison between application owners and technical teams to troubleshoot issues.
Stay current with features, updates, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications:
Diploma in IT or similar field.
Certified in relevant digital adoption technologies.
3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
