Job Description
BAE Systems is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Hudson, NH. The Planning professional will manage a team that supports a growing product line. The candidate will have in-depth knowledge of planning processes and best practices, ability to implement continuous improvement and automation, systems expertise, and a drive to improve the how Planning can support the program.

The Planning Manager also oversees activities related to the purchase of material, material control, inventory control, and shipping/receiving functions. This leader manages the activities of the team and is responsible for staffing decisions, training and development, and performance management of the staff. The individual develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures and material control systems. The planning team ensures materials are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements, while maintaining acceptable inventory levels. They also develop material schedules and coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree and 10 year's work experience or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to lead in a cross-functional team environment, with a customer-focused approach, and an aptitude for continuous improvement in serving internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrate success in implementing continuous improvement and supply chain initiatives.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, diplomatic, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage and report status of projects within a project management discipline.
  • Ability to provide strategic contributions while successfully executing on tactical objectives.
  • Secret Clearance.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Master's Degree and a combination of 12 years of Supply Chain Planning experience.
  • Proficiency in office technologies including MS Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint; Tableau.
  • Proficiency with continuous process improvement methodologies and tool; strong group facilitation skill.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $124080 - $210980

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
