Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Systems & Reporting Analyst to support the Credit Cards Loyalty/Rewards space. This role focuses on monitoring control and exception reports, correcting identified defects through front-end systems, and driving process efficiencies including report consolidation while ensuring strict adherence to published SLAs. The analyst will collaborate closely with technology, operations, and risk/control teams to deliver timely, auditable fixes and improve overall reporting quality.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and remediate exception and control reports.
Correct identified defects via front-end systems with accuracy and speed.
Partner with technology, operations, and risk/control teams to ensure timely, auditable resolutions.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and document findings clearly.
Streamline processes and contribute to report consolidation and quality improvements.
Maintain a strong control environment through effective communication, escalation, and documentation practices.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in business systems or reporting operations with direct involvement in exception monitoring and remediation.
Proven track record of meeting requirements with consistent delivery.
Strong analytical skills, including root cause analysis and defect resolution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to collaborate across functions.
Ability to produce clear, auditable documentation.
