You will:
  • Build copilot/chatbot experiences in tools such as Moveworks and Glean.
  • Develop customized AI models.
  • Conduct prompt engineering analysis and troubleshooting, proposing and applying enhancements.
  • Create and update new automations using tools such as Okta Workflows, Workato, and Zapier.
  • Develop and troubleshoot Python scripts
  • Maintain existing workflows and automations.
  • Maintain various integrations required for automation to function.
  • Monitor and manage application licenses, including license reprovisioning automations.

Your team will:
  • Collaborate on designing and implementing automation solutions.
  • Support each other in the ideation and creation of technical designs.
  • Ensure the seamless integration and maintenance of automation tools and workflows.
  • Work closely with other departments to understand and fulfill automation needs.

About you:
  • Strong API experience.
  • Proficient in Python.
  • Proven ability to technically design and present solutions to customer requests, including providing recommendations.
  • Ability to support other team members in design ideation and creation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Moveworks and Glean.
  • Familiarity with Okta Workflows, Workato, and Zapier.
  • Experience with AI development.
  • Cloud infrastructure knowledge such as Google Cloud Platform or AWS
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace
