You will:
- Build copilot/chatbot experiences in tools such as Moveworks and Glean.
- Develop customized AI models.
- Conduct prompt engineering analysis and troubleshooting, proposing and applying enhancements.
- Create and update new automations using tools such as Okta Workflows, Workato, and Zapier.
- Develop and troubleshoot Python scripts
- Maintain existing workflows and automations.
- Maintain various integrations required for automation to function.
- Monitor and manage application licenses, including license reprovisioning automations.
Your team will:
- Collaborate on designing and implementing automation solutions.
- Support each other in the ideation and creation of technical designs.
- Ensure the seamless integration and maintenance of automation tools and workflows.
- Work closely with other departments to understand and fulfill automation needs.
About you:
- Strong API experience.
- Proficient in Python.
- Proven ability to technically design and present solutions to customer requests, including providing recommendations.
- Ability to support other team members in design ideation and creation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Moveworks and Glean.
- Familiarity with Okta Workflows, Workato, and Zapier.
- Experience with AI development.
- Cloud infrastructure knowledge such as Google Cloud Platform or AWS
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
