Job Details

Position: Guidewire ClaimCenter Lead

Location: Blue Bell, PA Onsite

Job Type: Long Term Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise architecture.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to gather functional and technical requirements.
  • Oversee ClaimCenter configuration, scripting (Gosu), and integration with third-party systems using APIs, web services, or middleware platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to onshore and offshore development teams.
  • Manage ClaimCenter upgrades, performance tuning, and environment migrations as needed.
  • Ensure coding best practices, security standards, and documentation are maintained across the development lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and drive resolution through root cause analysis and bug fixing.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize backlogs, release planning, and sprint execution in an Agile environment.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter with at least 2 years in a lead role.
  • Proficient in Gosu programming language, ClaimCenter Data Model, and Workflow design.
  • Strong understanding of insurance domain, specifically in P&C claims processing.
  • Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
