Job Description:
Join our team in Charlotte, NC as a full-time IT Solutions Manager specializing in ERP systems.
This role involves leading the design and optimization of ERP solutions, driving innovation, and ensuring IT delivers measurable business value.
The ideal candidate will have experience with various enterprise business systems and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable ERP configurations.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement ERP solutions aligned with business procedures in distribution and finance.
Identify and execute opportunities to streamline business processes using ERP capabilities.
Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business units to ensure alignment and communication.
Lead technical design for integrations between ERP and external systems.
Mentor junior team members and support ERP implementation and post-go-live phases.

Qualifications
5 years of experience with ERP systems, including multi-site implementations.
Proficiency in SQL and understanding of complex queries and data sets.
Strong understanding of ERP data flow and integration points.
Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
