V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a CRM Dynamics Developer for our premier client in Gastonia, NC.
Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a CRM Dynamics Developer, with proficiency in configuring, customizing, and deploying CRM Dynamics solutions.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, particularly using Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD, and release management.
• Strong understanding of CRM Dynamics architecture, modules, entities, workflows, and security model.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within CRM Dynamics.

WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy CRM Dynamics solutions to meet business requirements and improve customer relationship management processes.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for version control, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) of CRM Dynamics solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and propose technical solutions leveraging CRM Dynamics capabilities.
• Implement integrations between CRM Dynamics and other systems or applications to streamline data flow and enhance functionality.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure the reliability, scalability, and optimal performance of CRM Dynamics applications.
• Customize and configure CRM Dynamics modules, entities, workflows, forms, and reports to align with business processes and user requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, addressing issues related to CRM Dynamics functionality or configuration.
• Stay updated on CRM Dynamics best practices, new features, and updates, and assess their potential impact on existing implementations.
