Responsibilities:
Assess new programs to ensure compatibility with existing systems and optimize system functionality.
Conduct tests on computer components to maintain reliable system performance.
Prepare user-friendly reference materials and operational guides for end users.
Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware, network, and application issues.
Offer remote desktop support to resolve technical problems efficiently.
Assist users with navigating the Windows operating system and executing basic commands.
Support Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions for technical challenges.
Maintain clear and effective communication with users to resolve issues efficiently.
Document and track issues to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a help desk or IT support role.
Solid understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting techniques.
Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
Proficiency in application support and remote desktop assistance.
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows functions, including file explorer and basic commands.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office products, such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
