Hospital: StoneCrest Medical Center Location: Smyrna, TN Address: 200 StoneCrest Blvd Unit Name: Radiology Building: Main Campus Cost Center: General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds :119 Patient Ratios : Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Office Coordinator onsite Type of equipment : GE equipment Documentation system: Meditech, Synapse, Clario RP Scheduling requirements: 12 hr shifts Floating policy: None Patient Experience requirements: Hospital Specifics- Certifications: ARRT, BLS Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: Advanced skills needed: Procedures performed on unit: Certifications Required: ARRT, BLS Dress Code: (Required uniform) Scrubs Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
