  • Understand various agile methodologies and frameworks; SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP
  • Strong knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution
  • Effective communication skills, ability to adapt style to suit different audiences
  • Ability to analyze data and draw insights on team performance.
  • Good understanding of Software design and delivery. Knowledge of technical terminology and processes/systems
  • Servant leadership, stakeholder management and negotiation skill
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
  • Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth execution of deliverables.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices. Be able to teach simple agile concepts to teams
  • Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment, promoting open communication and trust.
  • Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and teams to ensure alignment and manage dependencies.
  • Knowledge of Visio, Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align, Miro
