Senior Business Analyst (Supply Chain, SAP ATP, Data Engineering)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to oversee the Available to Promise (ATP) project, manage a team of data engineers, provide creative business solutions, and coordinate daily with business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain processes, data engineering, data science, and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the ATP project from inception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct thorough requirement analysis, document detailed specifications, and facilitate the design and implementation of ATP solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, IT, and business units, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of ATP solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Understands SAP tables and how to join them to extract relevant data for analysis.
• Oversee and coordinate the activities of the data engineering team, ensuring alignment with project goals and business needs.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure data solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Drive the development and maintenance of data models, pipelines, and architectures to support supply chain projects and other business initiatives.
• Apply data science and machine learning techniques to extract insights and create predictive models that support ATP and other business processes.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to implement and operationalize machine learning models.
• Use statistical analysis and advanced analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization.
• Develop and maintain machine learning algorithms and frameworks to enhance decision-making processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
• Develop and propose innovative and effective solutions to address business problems, leveraging data, technology, and advanced analytics.
• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize business processes, improve efficiency, and drive business value.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, applying relevant insights to improve business solutions.
• Conduct regular meetings and calls with business stakeholders to discuss project progress, issues, and updates.
• Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Document meeting outcomes, track action items, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and other documentation to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Good to have MBA.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on ATP projects and supply chain processes.
• Good Knowledge of SAP Tables and SAP SD Module.
• Strong understanding of data engineering principles and experience managing a data engineering team.
• Demonstrated ability to develop creative and effective business solutions.
• Experience with data science and machine learning techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in SQL, data manipulation, and advanced analytics. Experience with Databricks or similar platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
