Required Education:
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.)

Program Management Experience - Minimum 8-10 years of successful program management experience
Leadership and team management skills - Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams

The Data Engineering team is looking for an experienced, motivated, and self-driven business program management resource to join our team. Our team is driving the execution of some of the bank's most strategic and important data engineering and remediation programs.

In this role, you will gain a detailed understanding of our execution approach to and deliver on our regulatory commitments. Your role will be to set up new programs requiring execution, execute associated programs, and lead resources to support their execution. The outcome of this role is a portfolio of execution programs under your leadership. The ideal candidate is very comfortable communicating with senior leaders to understand expected outcomes and objectives and work with execution resources to devise programs to deliver on the goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Function as a primary point person representing key initiatives, including program metrics, data concern remediation, data book of work, and other initiatives, under the direction of Data Engineering leadership
Develop program plans with clear objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Establish robust governance structures, communications channels, and reporting mechanisms
Drive the execution of program initiatives by providing guidance and support to project teams. Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Leverage PowerPoint to communicate program progress and achievements
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. Implement monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track program performance and take corrective actions
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and management expectations throughout the program lifecycle. Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes or systems
