Job Description
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the general supervision of management, the Core ELM Analyst will be responsible for ensuring training data is entered correctly and maintained in PeopleSoft ELM. The Analyst will be a liaison between local Training Administrators, Local HR, and training design teams. The Analyst will test modules and provide feedback to designers; the Analyst will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues encountered in ELM by training administrators and learners. In addition, the Core ELM Analyst will conduct quality assurance checks in the system and provide monthly and ad hoc reports to Sr. Management and facility training administrators. The Core ELM Analyst will be the SME and will facilitate training for all ELM training administrators. The Core ELM Analyst will also work on PeopleSoft ELM module upgrades, implementations and day to day issues as well as working with cross-functional teams to ensure processes are implemented and updated as necessary.
General tasks and responsibilities will include:
1. Maintain HRSS ELM inbox
2. Incident Troubleshooting through the Service Now system
3. ELM Work Order Lead
Log, troubleshoot and resolve work orders through the Service Now system including but not limited to:
4. Generate reports and run audits of ELM data for quality assurance
5. Participates in the training of staff on new ELM processes and functionality
6. Maintains manual of ELM system
7. Assist with the implementation of training projects in PeopleSoft ELM for various departments including but not limited to: Facility HR Departments, Epic, ERP, the Office of Corporate Compliance, Workforce Development, and the Office of Diversity and Inclusion
8. Test and approve all e-learning modules before migrating to ELM Production
9. Partner with Instructional Designers to address e-learnings functionality issues in ELM
10. Recommend improvements to ELM to ensure an optimal use of the system
11. Serve as liaison between internal Training and Human Resources Departments
Additional responsibilities:
1. Assist in testing for all specifications/image upgrades for HRSS approval
2. Serve as a Training Facilitator for PeopleSoft ELM (in person and over Bomgar)
3. Develop learning materials
4. ELM Maintenance - Assist with weekly cleanups such as Learning Environment misplacements and Learning Threshold Requests
5. Assist with all ELM issues and quality assurance including, but not limited to:
6. Attend meetings and conference calls as they relate to PeopleSoft ELM
7. Support HRSS Call Center on all Benefits and Core HR Functions
8. Assist employees over Bomgar with self- service related transactions in PeopleSoft HR.
9. Perform other duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications
1. A Baccalaureate Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems, Industrial Management,Business Administration or related fields; or,
2. Two years of technical training or education beyond the High School level, with a minimum of two years of full-time, paid experience in the field of industrialengineering, systems analysis, methods and procedures, work simplification, cost reductions, EDP data processing applications, forms designs and control; or,
3. A satisfactory combination of the above.

- Utilize Bomgar to resolve IT/Computer related issues that hinder employees' access to ELM

Log, troubleshoot and resolve work orders through the Service Now system including but not limited to:
- Web based Module Uploads to ELM Test and ELM Production sites
- Learner Group Requests
- Corrections to Course Codes in ELM
- Course creations
- Mass enrollments
4. Generate reports and run audits of ELM data for quality assurance

6. Maintains manual of ELM system

- PeopleSoft ELM errors, module errors and completion issues
- Erroneous Transactions by Training administrators
- Process training enrollments due to Learning Environment limitations
6. Attend meetings and conference calls as they relate to PeopleSoft ELM
7. Support HRSS Call Center on all Benefits and Core HR Functions
- Provide assistance to employees with all self-service related issues including but not limited to health benefits, name and address changes, employment verification and pay stubs and payroll.
8. Assist employees over Bomgar with self- service related transactions in PeopleSoft HR.
9. Perform other duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel transactions including but not limited to v-lookups, filters, pivot tables and charts
- Experience working on a PC using tools such as BOMGAR, Adobe Acrobat, Web-ex, Snag-It, and Microsoft Office Applications.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Studio, and UPK creator Applications.
- Basic knowledge of WINSCPS for server file uploads and troubleshooting.
