Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience in enterprise networking, including design and deployment.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco ACI architecture, deployment, and operations.
Strong understanding of Layer 2/3 networking, VXLAN, BGP, OSPF, and multicast.
Expertise in Cisco Nexus switches (9000 series) and APIC controller configuration.
Familiarity with ACI policy models, tenants, application profiles, contracts, and EPGs.
Experience with ACI multi-site & Macro-Segmentation deployments and integrations.
Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), SD-WAN, and network security.
Relevant certifications: CCNP/CCIE Data Center, Cisco ACI Field Engineer Specialist, or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of Cisco ACI-based networking infrastructure.
Develop and maintain high-level and low-level design documentation for ACI fabrics and integration with existing systems.
Ensure alignment of ACI architecture with enterprise IT strategy, security policies, and business goals.
Oversee migrations from legacy data center networking to ACI-based infrastructure.
Collaborate with network engineers, security teams, and application owners to define policies, contracts, and tenant models.
Evaluate and integrate ACI with third-party platforms, such as firewalls, load balancers, and hypervisors.
Serve as the subject matter expert for ACI and associated SDN technologies.
Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
Stay current on Cisco ACI advancements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
