Company Overview:
TRiNET Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Lead SQL Database Solutions
Developer to architect, develop, and optimize enterprise-level data solutions. This role
requires deep expertise in SQL Server, Azure SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI, along
with strong integration experience with Active Directory. The ideal candidate is a hands-
on developer and strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment and can
translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and insightful data
systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust SQL Server and Azure SQL database
solutions.
Lead the development and optimization of stored procedures, views, functions, and
ETL processes using SSIS.
Build and deploy operational and analytical reports using SSRS and Power BI,
ensuring performance and usability.
Integrate database solutions with Active Directory for secure authentication and
role-based access control.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them
into technical specifications.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across database and
reporting initiatives.
Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and capacity planning for SQL
environments.
Document database architecture, processes, and workflows clearly and concisely.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
(Master s preferred).
5+ years of experience in SQL Server development and database architecture.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and executive
presentations.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, query optimization, and relational database design.
Strong experience with SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI.
Hands-on experience with Azure SQL and cloud-based data platforms.
Familiarity with Active Directory integration and role-based security models.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present complex
data concepts to diverse audiences.
