Summary
We are looking for an energetic, hands-on Data Scientist to support stakeholders by analysing complex Single-Family datasets, building predictive models, and generating actionable insights. This role involves collecting requirements, cleaning, and transforming data, and developing models that guide business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Build predictive and analytical models using Python
- Support business stakeholders by identifying insights and enabling data-driven decisions
- Clean, transform, and manipulate large datasets (XML, JSON, SQL-based sources)
- Collaborate closely with UAT, business operations, and reporting teams
- Participate in data profiling and discovery for new AI/ML use cases
- Contribute to automation, insight generation, and enterprise-scale data initiative
Required Skills
- 5 8 years of experience in Data Science
- Strong Python skills for modeling, data manipulation, and analysis
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Understanding of feature engineering, model creation, and evaluation
Nice to Have
- Experience with R programming
- Exposure to AWS, ML workflows, or cloud-based modeling environments
- Familiarity with LLM/Bedrock (not required
