  • Analyze utilization dashboards and operational data to identify inefficiencies, propose user-focused improvements, and drive measurable operational gains
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract actionable insights from large datasets, enabling data-driven decision-making and process simplification
  • Dive into technical logs and data pipelines to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement robust, user-friendly fixes
  • Lead technical discussions and contribute to the platform's architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and a seamless user experience
  • Monitor platform performance metrics, proactively address operational escalations, and enhance user interfaces to improve reliability and usability
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including logistics, sales, service, and UX, to ensure seamless platform integration and adoption
  • Translate complex operational needs into innovative, intuitive product features that enhance user experience and align with Tesla's strategic goals

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product development, software engineering, or related technical roles, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact enterprise solutions
  • Strong user experience background, with demonstrated ability to design intuitive interfaces and workflows that simplify complex operational processes
  • Experience building and shipping enterprise-grade products that deliver measurable business impact and exceptional user experiences
  • Strong analytical skills, knowledge of Database Systems, with expertise in analyzing logs, utilization data, and operational metrics to diagnose issues, optimize performance, and enhance usability
  • Deep enthusiasm for leveraging AI, automation, and LLMs to streamline processes and create seamless, user-friendly tools that drive efficiency at scale
  • Proven ability to lead collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, UX, and sales, to deliver cohesive, user-focused solutions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and UX concepts to diverse stakeholders
