What does a successful Technical Business Analyst do at Fiserv?
A successful Technical Business Analyst at Fiserv performs detailed requirements analysis, documents processes, and conducts user acceptance testing to ensure our solutions meet business needs. The role requires an analytical mindset to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and develop optimized solutions. Additionally, the analyst communicates effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, providing leadership and guidance to junior staff.

What will you do:
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
- Document and communicate the results of your analysis and insights to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and perform user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams to facilitate clear communication and effective implementation of solutions.
What you will need to have:
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
- 4+ years of experience in the Card Acquiring domain.
- 4+ years of experience in gathering requirements, documenting processes, and working with development teams to create functional specifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and/or equivalent military experience.
What would be great to have:
- 4+ years of experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- 4+ years of experience leading, facilitating, and documenting functional processes and dialogue flows.
- Fluency in Spanish alongside English proficiency.
