Bachelor s Degree in a business discipline
TOP 5 REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Account Management or Shopper Insight Analytics
2. Strong analytical skills (Specifically able to identify trends, opportunities and business insights)
3. Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
4. Ability to interface with multiple levels of an organization, both internal and external stakeholders
5. Ability to work independently to prioritize tasks
TECHNOLOGY PROFICIENCIES:

Previous CPFR and/or Walmart Merch Ops experience a significant plus.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact managing the Customer Planning Forecasting and Replenishment of LSB s Walmart business.
o Interface regularly with Walmart s Merchandise Operations, Supplier Solutions, and Merchant teams to provide best in class service. Includes regular in stock and recovery reporting, forecast reviews/recommendations, and other various ad hoc requests from Walmart Merch Ops Managers and Merchants.
o Work closely with cross functional teams within the Supply Chain organization to proactively communicate customer inventory needs and mitigate supply shortages.
o Ensure the effective management of open orders to achieve on time delivery.
o Oversee the ordering, processing, and delivery of various Walmart promotions/special packs programs.
