AI/ML Engineer

Position: AI/ML Engineer
Location: Remote ( St louis,MO )
Duration: Long Term

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in model development, NLP, and modern AI frameworks, with exposure to cloud-based AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, train, and deploy machine learning models
Work on NLP and LLM-based use cases such as text classification, embeddings, and chat-based systems
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
Deploy and monitor models in production environments
Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and stakeholders
Optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability

Required Skills:
Strong experience in Python for AI/ML development
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistics
Experience with NLP techniques and libraries
Experience with model deployment and MLOps practices

Preferred Skills:
Experience working with LLMs and Generative AI
Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage)
Experience with cloud-based ML platforms
Familiarity with CI/CD and automation for ML workloads
