Job Description

Seeking Senior Quadient CCM Developers with strong experience in Customer Communications, Output Management, Quadient Inspire, and Ricoh Process Director. Candidates must have hands-on template development, workflow automation, and CCM processing experience. This is a 100% onsite role.

Must Have Skills

• 7 10 years in Quadient CCM / Output Management

• 4+ years in Quadient Inspire and Ricoh Process Director

• Template creation, rationalization, schema and field mapping

• Pre-processing: sorting, dynamic inserts, grouping

• Post-processing: barcodes, bundling, ZIP-based sorting, encryption

• Modify communications for bulk, individual, and on-demand output

• Integration with enterprise data and print systems

• Full SDLC and Agile experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance CCM templates and workflows

• Create schemas, field mappings, and automation scripts

• Implement pre/post processing (sorting, barcodes, bundling, encryption)

• Support bulk and on-demand communication generation

• Integrate CCM with enterprise systems and printing environments

• Troubleshoot and optimize communication processes

Nice to Have

• Finance or insurance domain experience

• Knowledge of postal, compliance, and regulatory standards
