Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Product Lifecycle Process Engineer to join our Configuration Management and Release team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the configuration management processes and ensuring the integrity and consistency of product configuration throughout its lifecycle. This position is onsite 5 days a week in Everett, WA.

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Product Lifecycle Process Engineer to join our Configuration Management and Release team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the configuration management processes and ensuring the integrity and consistency of product configuration throughout its lifecycle. This position is onsite 5 days a week in Everett, WA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of configuration management processes and procedures.
- Support configuration identification, control, status accounting, and audits in accordance with established policies.
- Help develop and maintain configuration management plans, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to manage configuration changes and ensure proper documentation.
- Participate in configuration audits to verify compliance with configuration management policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of configuration management documentation, including configuration baselines, change requests, and configuration status reports.
- Provide support to team members and stakeholders on configuration management processes and tools.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance configuration management practices.
- Evaluation of business processes, documenting necessary improvements for modernization.
- Assessment of business systems logic, collaborating with IT/vendors on integrations and potential changes for the next PLM system modernization.
