Job Details

Job Description:

  • This is a global-facing role focused on program management, vendor operations, budget management, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will consolidate input from multiple stakeholders, manage contracts and budgets, and provide leadership with accurate forecasts and spend reports. This includes tech support, event support, conference room and AV support, software procurement/licensing, equipment, and supply chain services. The team works with multiple vendors and manages large, fragmented budgets across global operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead budget planning and forecasting exercises, consolidating inputs from ~30+ stakeholders.
  • Manage outsourcing contracts, vendor operations, and associated spend.
  • Oversee month-over-month budget tracking, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate purchase orders, procurement requests, and financial approvals.
  • Support leadership by preparing clear reports and presentations for decision-making.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of fragmented IT budget lines across multiple global teams.
  • Ramp up quickly to manage ongoing 2026 planning and other active initiatives.


Experience:

  • 6 10 years of professional experience, ideally in program management, finance, procurement, or vendor operations. (More senior experience will also be considered.)
  • Strong program and project management experience in global or multinational environments.
  • Demonstrated finance and analytical skills, including budget planning, spend management, and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes (PO requests, vendor contracts, budgeting).
  • Proficiency in Sheets, Docs, Slides and ability to build reports and presentations.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
