Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Tester with a strong background in Salesforce application testing and hands-on experience working in the telecom domain. the ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms (Lightning, Service Cloud, CPQ), solid testing fundamentals, and experience in Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications (Lightning, Classic, CPQ, Service Cloud).
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
- Validate end-to-end business workflows for telecom operations such as Lead-to-Order, Order Management, Case Management, and Trouble Ticketing.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or SOAP UI for Salesforce and third-party integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, Oracle).
- Use JIRA and Zephyr/TestRail for test case management and defect tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure QA coverage in every sprint.
- Prepare test summary reports and support go-live/post-release testing activities.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 3 years in Salesforce testing.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules: Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ, Lightning Experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation testing tools such as Provar, Selenium, or Tosca.
- Experience testing APIs and backend integrations using Postman or similar tools.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
- Previous experience working in a telecom domain project, is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of QA best practices, SDLC, and STLC.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
