We are seeking a highly experienced .NET Backend Developer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform, Kafka, and distributed systems. This role requires a deep technical background, hands-on development skills, and the ability to lead and deliver enterprise-grade backend solutions. The ideal candidate has experience building scalable, high-performance applications in cloud environments and working with event-driven architectures.
Required Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
6 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development
Strong background in backend application development, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native architecture
Experience with relational and document-based databases
Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical, business, and leadership stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute across multiple initiatives
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to quickly learn complex concepts and new technologies
Strong customer focus with ownership mindset and collaborative approach
Excellent coding experience in C#/.NET (7+ years)
Hands-on experience with Kafka (event streaming, producers/consumers, event-based systems)
Strong knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL
Experience with Splunk for logging and observability
Working knowledge of JSON/XML, caching technologies, and performance analysis
Experience applying Twelve-Factor App methodology, resiliency patterns, and observability patterns
Hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance distributed applications
Experience serving as a technical lead for a team or project
Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) architecture and services
Ability to design and develop applications on Google Cloud Platform following cloud-native best practices
