Technology Support Technician

Beacon Hill is searching for a qualified team member to support our health network client in IT support after building a new hospital.

Key Functions:
-Support Associate Staff with hardware, network, and systems IT support
-Unbox products and materials
-Organize hardware into deployment groups
-Configure prepared devices
-Label hardware and locations
-Reference design locations and deploy hardware in an organized and neat manner
-Report issues and concerns to supervising staff
-Uninstall and retrieve hardware from deployed locations
-Prepare hardware for shipment
-Respectfully work with teammates, and equipment
-Prepare hardware for deployment

Responsibilities:
-Unbox hardware and neatly sort into groups
-Follow instructions to image computers
-Add software packages and monitor progress
-Label hardware for identification and inventory
-Organize deployment packages based on cut sheets
-Follow all safety procedures
-Maintain a clean and clear work area

Deploy Hardware:
-Deliver hardware packages to designated rooms
-Consistently and concisely install designated hardware to designated locations
-Connect hardware and cable manage to maintain a pristine and safe working environment
-Keep track of deployments and report back concerns and issues
-Follow all safety procedures
-Maintain a clean and clear work area
