Johnson & Johnson's Global Functions is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst - NA Global Functions to be located in Titusville, NJ.

This is a NA Global Functions role where you will manage Cross Sector Global Functions budgets, partnering with senior leaders to support strategic decision making. You will have responsibilities largely focused on quarter close and planning cycles. During quarter closes, you will be responsible for booking journal entries, intercompany charges (sending sales orders and accepting purchase orders), latest thinking, budget vs actuals analysis, headcount reporting and presenting results to business partners. During the planning cycles, you will be responsible for collecting and loading headcount into the comp tool and working with business partners on their budgets and loading them into TM1. In addition to these responsibilities, you will be handling ad hoc requests from business partners, and driving process improvements. Through these process improvements, you will have the opportunity to learn new systems and tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and PAX.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Quarter close responsibilities (Journal entries, Intercompany charges, Latest Thinking, Headcount reporting, Risks and Opportunities Analysis)

Budget forecasting and planning (Headcount planning in the comp tool, target transfers, working with business partners to create meaningful budgets in TM1 tool, collecting allocation data to support US host charge out model)

Global functions reporting commentary for US profit log (MRC 1410), NAM summary for Global Functions Director & Global consolidation for strategic business partners budgets.

Identify opportunities to standardize and automate processes, lead or participate in key initiatives and ad-hoc projects

Knowledge of key business drivers and strategies is critical for success and will be gained from establishing close working relationships with business partners.

This position provides the opportunity to work with senior level management within the business and the functional business partners as well as cross regional partners.

Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably a major in Accounting or Finance or other related field.

MBA, CPA or CMA certificate is preferred.

A minimum of 3 years of finance or related business experience is required.

Must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), required.

SAP experience is preferred.

Must possess the ability to work independently, influence decision making, think creatively, challenge the status quo, and work across multiple teams, required.

Must work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, required.
  • Must possess the ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization, required.

This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and proven leadership skills, required.

This position will be located in Titusville, NJ and may require up to 5% travel.

The base pay range for this position is $76,000 - $121,900

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
