Position: SAP Business Analyst (W2/1099 only)
Work Location: 14736 Sand Canyon Ave, Irvine, CA 92618 (Onsite)
Contract Duration: 12+ Months
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven SAP Business Analyst with strong experience in SAP S/4HANA across Finance (FI/CO), Manufacturing, Warehouse Management (WM/EWM), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business processes and SAP solutions, ensuring optimal system performance, integration, and user satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to SAP S/4HANA Finance, Manufacturing, WM, and SCM modules.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to design and implement SAP solutions.
- Configure SAP S/4HANA modules to meet business requirements and optimize processes.
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle including blueprinting, design, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and process alignment.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for end users and key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend SAP-based solutions.
- Provide functional support and resolve issues related to SAP modules in production environments.
- Assist in SAP upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts across global or regional business units.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst or SAP Functional Consultant.
- Proven hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA in the following modules:
- Finance (FI/CO)
- Manufacturing (PP)
- Warehouse Management (WM/EWM)
- Supply Chain (SCM, MM, SD)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain domains.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with system integration, data migration, and master data management.
- Ability to work with global teams and manage multiple priorities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- SAP S/4HANA certification(s) in relevant modules.
- Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAP BTP is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
- Prior experience in global SAP implementation or rollout projects.
