Job Location : Riverwoods, IL - First Priority
Houston, TX - Second Priority
In both case they need local with FinancialForce Analyst experience. They are not looking hardcore Developer.
Job Summary : The Onshore Support SME role is pivotal in driving the success of our Salesforce FinancialForce initiatives. With a focus on CI/CD for Salesforce and Salesforce API, the candidate will enhance our systems and processes. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in the Cards & Payments domain, ensuring seamless integration and optimization.

Responsibilities :
L1.5 Onshore SME support for Salesforce / financial force application Provide advanced, hands-on functional and technical support for Salesforce and FinancialForce applications,
Resolving incidents that L1 teams are unable to solve.
Manage the full lifecycle of complex support tickets (L1.5 tickets), including logging, triaging, diagnosis, reproduction, resolution, and documentation, ensuring timely resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical issues, collaborating with L2/Development teams to implement permanent fixes. Act as the escalation point and technical liaison between end-users and the offshore L2/L3 support and development teams.
Maintain system integrity and perform routine maintenance tasks post-release or during application upgrades (e.g., Salesforce releases, FinancialForce patches).
Assist with data management activities such as data loads, data fixes, and data quality monitoring.
Translate business needs into functional requirements for minor enhancements or system changes (change requests).
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for bug fixes and minor enhancements before deployment to production.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and other IT teams to ensure system alignment with business processes, particularly in the Finance/ERP domains supported by FinancialForce.
