  • Collaborate with Prime contractors to manage project implementation and AI development, including onboarding new contractors and coordinating with external contracting shops.
  • Provide strategic advice and draft documents supporting Subcontracts under Prime contractors for AI development via commercial vendors (drafting Scope of Work documents and overseeing their evolution to Statements of Work for subcontractors).
  • Engage in long-term strategic planning (multi-year horizons) to develop a contracting network aligning with program needs and budget across the Future Years Defense Program (FYDP), including Industry Days.

  • Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) or Federal Acquisition Certification - Contracting (FAC-C) certifications.
