Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SAP Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in promoting SAP solutions to enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SAP product sales, strong client relationships, and the ability to drive strategic deals in ERP, S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, and industry-specific solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles for SAP products and services, including opportunity identification, solution presentation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities in existing and new customer accounts.

  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.

  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and partner teams to provide tailored solutions.

  • Maintain knowledge of SAP products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

  • Manage pipeline and sales forecasts using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Represent the company in industry events, SAP forums, and customer workshops.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 8+ years of experience in selling SAP solutions (ERP, S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, SAP Ariba, etc.).

  • Proven record of achieving sales targets in enterprise software sales.

  • Excellent understanding of SAP ecosystem, modules, and partner channels.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience in sectors such as Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, or BFSI is a plus.


Preferred Skills:

  • SAP Certification or SAP Sales Accreditation.

  • Familiarity with SAP RISE, SAP BTP, and SAP Clean Core concepts.

  • Experience working with SAP and non-SAP ecosystem partners.

  • Global or multi-regional sales experience is an advantage.
