SAP Sales Manager
Location: Remote

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SAP Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in promoting SAP solutions to enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SAP product sales, strong client relationships, and the ability to drive strategic deals in ERP, S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, and industry-specific solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end sales cycles for SAP products and services, including opportunity identification, solution presentation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities in existing and new customer accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and partner teams to provide tailored solutions.
Maintain knowledge of SAP products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Manage pipeline and sales forecasts using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Represent the company in industry events, SAP forums, and customer workshops.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
8+ years of experience in selling SAP solutions (ERP, S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, SAP Ariba, etc.).
Proven record of achieving sales targets in enterprise software sales.
Excellent understanding of SAP ecosystem, modules, and partner channels.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Experience in sectors such as Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, or BFSI is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
SAP Certification or SAP Sales Accreditation.
Familiarity with SAP RISE, SAP BTP, and SAP Clean Core concepts.
Experience working with SAP and non-SAP ecosystem partners.
Global or multi-regional sales experience is an advantage.
