Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Contact Center Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing Contact Center solutions (such as Amazon Connect, Genesys, Cisco, or Avaya), with a strong focus on IVR, telephony integrations, and end-to-end call flow validation.
Five9 or any other Contact Center adaptor with the below assurance skills:
- call authentication, 2-way texting, video calling, scheduler call back features etc.
- Secure 2-way texting
- Video Calls
- Screenshare
- Scheduler Callback
- Proactive Member Scheduling
- Emailing
