Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Operational Ticket Management (ServiceNow Support)
- eDiscovery & Legal Support
- Exchange Hybrid Administration & Protection.
- Proofpoint Management & Email Filtering Optimization
- Project Support & Group Management
- Email Security & DMARC Policy Management Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Exchange Server, and hybrid email environments.
- Expertise in email security best practices, including DMARC, SPF, DKIM, and EOP.
- Experience managing Proofpoint email security and filtering systems.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT ticketing systems. -Experience with Microsoft 365 security features and policies.
- Strong understanding of email routing, SMTP, and mail flow troubleshooting.
